My photography comes with two options – Standard (from guest arrivals to first dance) or Full Day (flexible start and finish from prep to party). I’ll be there to capture all the big (and little) moments all in a relaxed & fun manner. No bossing you about, no diva strops, in fact no faff at all! Our Full Day wedding photography package also includes all travel costs within England & Wales (and many places with Standard) so that’s one less thing to worry about.

PRE-WEDDING
I’ll provide a full consultation about your wedding day. We’ll discuss your venue, schedule and photo ideas and just a general chinwag about how things will run on the day and how we can make the most of it. I am happy to do a consultation via email, phone, WhatsApp or even Zoom video conferencing.
THE WEDDING DAY
I’ll provide comprehensive cover of your day starting and finishing whenever you like* and, as the bulk of my photos are candid, you can pretty much ignore me most of the day. I have an insane amount of wedding experience so I know what to look out for but always happy to hear your own ideas. We’ll also schedule into your day a photo session with your nearest and dearest (also know as the group shots) as well as a short photo session of just the two of you, both of which I try to keep informal and light. Don’t worry, even when I’m posing it gets no more challenging than having a walk around your venue whilst having a laugh.
*Full Day packages only. End time no later than 10pm unless agreed otherwise and doesn’t exceed package length (8.5/11 hours depending on your booking).
POST-PRODUCTION
Following the big day, this is when the bulk of my work starts. I’ll begin the process of meticulously editing your wedding photos to my own personal style which you can see via all imagery on this website. I’ll pop up a few sneaky pics a day or so after the wedding on my Facebook & Instagram pages, with the remaining photos arriving in an online gallery a few weeks later. All photos are provided in both colour and black & white. Once your online gallery is complete, I’ll load up a beautiful mini Wooden USB stick and post it out to you for safe keeping.

COVERAGE RESTRICTIONS
Please check with your venue (especially churches) as photography might not be allowed, or only allowed from a very restricted position. All coverage ends no later than 10pm or when package expires (whichever is first), unless agreed otherwise.

Possible Additional Charges
1. Any cover starting earlier than 9am or finishing later than 10pm may incur additional charges
2. Travel is included for many places in England & Wales but extremes of both countries may incur additional charge to cover fuel & time spent travelling. This includes all coastal counties, all of Scotland & any non-mainland UK wedding. There are no travel charges in mainland England & Wales for our Full Day Photography Package.
3. Other Travel Costs – certain locations may incur additional charges for parking, congestion fees, tolls and/or use of public transport (taxi/Uber) depending on the location of the venue(s) you have specified. Whilst we absorb some costs, anything over £10 combined is charged to client after the wedding. Because of our need to carry heavy equipment, use of our own car and a nearby parking space (less than 200 meters from venue entrance) is always preferred.

4. Venue charges (e.g. Church fees). We do not cover these so you will be responsible for paying these prior to the wedding. Please contact us if your venue is planning to charge you as we may be able to alter coverage to reduce/remove their fees
Coverage Limitations
Some useful information about what is/is not covered on the day:
For all photography packages, we are happy to start when and where you like. We highly recommend though ensuring we are at the main ceremony location at least 30-minutes before the wedding starts to avoid any coverage issues.
Your package time allowance begins soon as we arrive at the first venue you have requested. We recommend selecting venues close to each other to minimise redundant time driving.
Coverage for all Photography Packages expires around 15-minutes after the first dance, 10pm or when the package allowance time expires – whichever is first (unless agreed otherwise).
Any photography requested to commence before 9am or finish after 10pm is charged extra and should be booked in advance to avoid clashes with work we may have scheduled on either side of your wedding.
