All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance for all packages is due 28-days before the wedding. Due to the nature of wedding bookings typically being 12-months or more in advance, if you need to cancel your wedding date, we require at least 6-months notice or a proportion of remaining charges will still be due.
Cancellation periods – Fees Still Due
Based on existing booked date
6+ months – Deposit Only
3-6-months – 50% of total balance
Less than 3-months notice – 100% of balance due
Late deals (60-days or less) – No cancellations. Full amount due.
For dual service discounts (where Photography & Videography have been booked together), the discount will be removed should one part of the package be cancelled.
