HOW TO BOOK

BOOKING IS EASY

WhatsApp, phone or Zoom Video call – you decide

We will need a few bits of info such as names, venue address(es) and contact details but it usually takes no more than 5-10 minutes. WhatsApp can be used any time and phone or Zoom video calls can be scheduled (even if you just prefer a pre-booking chat first).

Once we’ve got your details we’ll create an invoice – if you’re happy with it then a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the date. Once your deposit is paid you are officially booked into our calendar. We accept credit/debit cards online via our secure online provider, or you can use a bank transfer.

The remainder of the balance is not due until 28-days days before the wedding (if your wedding is in less than 28-days time, full payment would be due at time of booking). You are free to make partial payments leading up to your wedding or just wait until it is due – it’s up to you.

We allow wedding bookings a maximum of 3-years in advance

Travel Charges
When checking availability or booking we will advise you of any potential travel costs (fuel, tolls, parking, hotel etc). Many central locations in England & Wales have no charges at all with others charged at reasonable rates. For packages where you have booked us for 12-hours or more, or your venue is a considerable distance from our base, or where you require us for two or more consecutive days, a hotel room may be charged for each team member booked.
